SILPAT Mania

The Silpat is one of the most versatile tools and a must have for every kitchen!  Demarle at Home provides us with the Silpat in 4 different sizes at prices that can't be beat!  Listed below are ways to use your Silpat (which is microwave, freezer and oven safe up to 480 degrees!).  Use your Silpat with your Perforated Baking Sheet (for fabulous browning and even baking) or on a regular cookie sheet.  Email me ways you've used your Silpat!

*Use the octagonal silpat to cover dishes in the microwave or oven
*I've even used the medium silpat to cover muffins while they were still in the tray so they didn't lose moisture.
*Allow caramel popcorn to cool on the silpat - no need for wax paper!
